Added ability Hide gadget from app, like Draft http://screencast.com/t/9X94QKl8uY7

App owner can edit it and see in Emulator, but end user can’t see in app until App owner will make it Active. So app owner can activate gadget in app when it's ready for using.

If App owner Hide Parental gadget, all sub-gadgets for this gadget also become Hidden
