Dev updates 28/05/2014

• Mails design has been updated, for example:

• Activation Instructions email

• Activation Complete email

• Booking emails

• Events emails

• Take Away emails  etc.

• For WL's users has been blocked ability to login from appsamkerstore.com domain

• If End User didn’t fill in some fields in Form Editor gadget names of empty columns will appear in .csv and .pdf files which can be download by App Owner

• Added ability for App Owner select fields which will be shown to End User as last info after form submitting

• "Forgot password" function has been added for app login screen
