Dev updates 08/01/2015

1. Delivery location field was made mandatory in F&B and Shopping gadget. 

2. Added 0 price of subs in  F&B and Shopping gadget (if the price of subproduct is 0 it should be in list with price 0).

3. Removed opportunity to make 0.00 price for sizes in F&B and Shopping gadget.

4. Added counter for short description (80 characters) in Publish settings/Android.

5. Made changes for free and express users (for current free and express users redirect them to pricing only when they press Create new app (select template on main, create new app from dashboard )) so they continue use admin for current app(s) as before. Note: if they try to publish app to native markets - also redirect to new pricing.
