Fixes

1. CSV Importing the danish special characters fixed

2. Contact us for WL ( If contact us is empty in settings

it shouldn't be shown in main page)

     3. Added short link for WL's users in format mycompany.myapp.name (the same as on appsmakerstore.com). If user is free he can not edit short links. If user is paid, he can edit this link.

1. Custom fields for registration in app ( **app owner** needs ability to add own text fields for registration from settings tab (where we have On/Off registration ability in account settings):1. add text field 2. add title 3. press Save .  Note: add as many fields as user wants 4. see data from new fields in user profile page (in cvs also)  Custom fields are obligatory for filling (by end user from app)
   Added fields to XLS export and Table of end users (show only if filter by app was applied).

2. WL theme updated ( WL partners have the same design as on appsmakerstore.com)

WL partners can change in Pages editor tab:

- add small logo for main page

- add big logo for internal pages.
