Payment

Dear AppMaker Group,

I would like to know how it works the option "we create your app". Do I need to pay an extra fee after I pay the 99USD after I have my app? 

Is that possible to hide the price of my products in the app? I would like my clients only to make an order, and the price would be different for each client.

I am in Brazil. Do the AppMaker have an account in Brazil for me to make a deposit?
