The Ability for App owner to add ratings in Information gadget

Go to Information gadget:

Go to the Settings tab and turn on the setting for Ratings

A new tab will appear next to Settings tab called Ratings

Here you can upload an image icon for the Rating and also enable comments

To publish ratings, simply go to Publish ratings tab 

From there you can publish or remove the rating
