1. Make your App at Appmakerstore.com
2. Make sure that you have a valid account at http://market.android.com/publish/
3. Update your publish setting under http://appsmakerstore.com/publish_app/android and we will upload your App
4. Google will update you when uploaded

The apps dont apear in google console.
