Can I make unique developments and what about ownership?
Pinned FeaturedDear Sir or Madam,
Yes, this can be done. Please, follow the steps below for improvements and buildouts on and outside the Appsmakerstore system, where we quote on thess rules:
1.
New developments within Appsmakerstore system, that are beneficial for all our members (customers), will have a low price, since you can consider it as a "shared" cost. Still, there is some price for you to pay, and its the "law of nature" that decides if this new development can be of help to you. The price range in this category is from $200 up to several thousand, or more. The main point/advantage here, is that you pay less anyway, and our system will become even better for everyone.
2.
New developments outside the Appsmakerstore system that are not beneficial for all our members (customers), will have a higher, but still very low price, as we already have most of the functions that you normally are asking for. This means, that we usually would combine our existing gadgets and add the new and unique developments you are asking for to our system. The advantage point here is that if we already have solutions for 85% of your needs, you pay less anyway and we all are happy! :)
All quotes over $2.000 come with a Statement of Work (SOW), which is a formal document that captures and defines the work activities, deliverables, and timeline a vendor must execute while performing any specified work for a client. The SOW usually includes detailed requirements and pricing, with standard regulatory and governance terms and conditions.
All quotes, relating to paragraph 2 (above), that is development of unique features, come with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Confidentiality Agreement (CA), Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA), Proprietary Information Agreement (PIA), or Secrecy Agreement, This is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties. It's a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects nonpublic business information.
