    I have followed the steps as shown from the video, it doesnt work ! Message show I have exported the file successfully but nothing comes out....

    regarding csv for Mobile shopping: you had problem because you changed names for columns, you can't do that.
    I changed back and it works fine now for you file, please check video http://screencast.com/t/i2mKIzdvoYuE

    excel doesn't open/save  CSV with UTF-8 in correct way
    you can use for UTF-8 openoffice and googledoc
