Push message to App users
Push services are often based on information preferences expressed in advance. This is called a publish/subscribe model. A client might "subscribe" to various information "channels". Whenever new content is available on one of those channels, the server would push that information out to the user.
Synchronous conferencing and instant messaging are typical examples of push services. Chat messages and sometimes files are pushed to the user as soon as they are received by the messaging service.
With the Appsmakerstore message board you can send messaged to your App users that have downloaded your App from iTunes or Google Play (Android). There is no cost for sending these messages, but you need to be on the premium plan and have your App uploaded to these native marketplaces (iTunes and Google Play)
Steps:
1. Make sure that you are on the Paid plan supporting native uploads
2. Add your publish settings for your App from http://appsmakerstore.com/publish_app/android (Google Play) and the other supported platforms, ex http://appsmakerstore.com/publish_app/itunes (iTunes/Apple) that we currently support.
3. When you App is updated and live in the native market store (iTunes and Google Play), you will get notified by Apple or Google play directly.
4. Download your App, write your push message and try it out yourself and you will see! :)
From user point of view for getting the push message:
1. Download the App from the native store
2. Accept that App can send you "pushes" when first opening the App. If you don't like to get pushes from the App owner, press NO. You can also change this later under settings for notifications in your phone.
...and that's it! :)
