Change account owner (email)

Hi
I have a serious problem that only you can solve this problem I was working with xxxxxxxxxx his email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx who is no longer working with us, and I do not have his password. I am the Developer of app that I have with your company. However it is on his email address and I don’t have access to it. I can’t talk with anyone from your company app maker so I can get access to my app?

Dear Andrew,
We understand your concern, but please understand ours. We can't change email address on paid accounts without:
1. Confirmation from Email registered on the account, where the current email owner needs to do this himself under account settings.
2. Documentation that you are the owner. Meaning company certificate with Paypal, or Google Play verifications connecting you as the payee of the App. Please login to your Paypal account, under active subscription you will find Appsmakerstore. Take print of this, and send us. We will then change the email address for you.
Please understand that we only do this to maintain security for all our users, including yourself.0
