Why I don't receive PUSH messages?

In case you don't receive PUSH messages, please check your device settings, can be that notification option is disabled for this application:

1. Go to notifications
2. Find your app in the list
3. Open the app and check if notifications are disabled or not
4. If disabled, turn it on.

Also the cause of problem can be installed utilities that do not allow App work fully. For example, energy savers.
