About the agreement:
Below we will refer to our User Agreement terms https://appsmakerstore.com/agreement Which represents the contract governing our partnerships and took effect immediately after you have registered yourself on our platform.
2. Definitions.
This licence agreement (licence) is a legal Agreement between You, being a private individual, partnership or legal commercial entity (the App owner, you or your) and Appsmakerstore.
Our relationship with you is based on a basic formula:
we provide a system with services/tools + you pay for it = your solution is represented on the Apple App Store/Google Play Market/HTML version.
Tools and services of IT technologies are well known as the fastest- changing in the modern world. We are very grateful for the cooperation and our long-term relationship.
4. Fees and Payments:
4.1. ...We reserve the right to increase the cost of your subscription plan in which case you will be advised in writing 30 days before the anniversary date for annual subscription plans, or 7 days before the anniversary date in the case of Monthly subscription plans.
We, in turn, change the prices for you not within the specified minimum period of 7 and 30 days for monthly and annual subscriptions but give time for you to consider and accept the new terms of use for monthly subscription users until October 1, 2021, and for annual subscription users until November 1, 2021.
This means the following:
a) If you are a user with monthly hosting paid plan
- If your next monthly subscription is renewed until October 2 2021 inclusive - this means that one more month you will receive an invoice with the same amount to be paid, but all subsequent invoices that you will receive after will already correspond to the updated cost, specified in the attached Assignment confirmation.
- If your next monthly subscription is renewed after October 3 2021 inclusive - this means that you will receive this invoice under the updated cost, specified in the attached Assignment confirmation and price list.
b) If you are a user with annual hosting paid plan
- If your next annual subscription is renewed until November 2 2021 inclusive - this means that the invoice issued to you for the next year will be with the old amount to be paid, but all subsequent invoices that you will receive after it will already correspond to the updated value specified in the attached price list, specified in the attached Assignment confirmation.
- If your next annual subscription is renewed after November 3 2021 inclusive - this means that you will receive this invoice under the updated cost, specified in the attached Assignment confirmation.
4. Fees and Payment.
4.1. We will charge a monthly or annual subscription fee for using our system as well as additional fees depending on the type of service you have selected.

4.1. ...Your subscription will automatically renew for the subscription term upon each annual or monthly anniversary. You must inform us in writing if you do not wish to renew your subscription before the end of each in writing 30 days before the anniversary date for annual subscription plans, or 7 days before the anniversary date in the case of monthly subscription plans. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will renew your subscription and continue to provide our services without interruption on a contractual basis at the expense of your previously.
Thus, according to our User Agreement, if you don't want to continue our cooperation, you need to inform us in writing according to the terms by email support@appsmakerstore.com.
For users with a monthly subscription -7 days before the anniversary date. For users with an annual subscription - 30 days before the anniversary date.
Hosting plan - DIY.
DIY (DO it yourself) hosting means that you are on your own with the tools and materials, which we provide on our platform.
In the same way when you buy something at IKEA - you pay only for the tools and materials and you need to build it yourself, or you can order a building service who will make it for you, but for an extra cost, which is not included in the base price (we are also not connected to IKEA, just an example.
If you are wondering what is then included in the cost of hosting, which you then pay monthly / annually (depending on the chosen tariff):
- Cloud storage for your solution (App & web) using the best provider Microsoft Azure.
- OS upgrades are being added to the platform by us.
- Ability to use multifunctional dashboard tools and gadgets to create your solution.
- Unlimited push messages to your end-users.
- DDos and security from Cloudflare. - SSL on domain provided *
- CDN with Microsoft Azure.
- Backup.
- Staff with 24/7 monitoring from our hosting center.
- Only 1 solution (application) on your admin account.
- 1 free upload to both the Apple App Store and Google Play per paid account.
* You can add your domain for the use of web apps and the solution as a website at an extra cost of $19 per month + 1-time payment for work from our side to connect it.
Any paid accounts include 1 App (app or HTML version). You will be charged extra for the number of Apps ( both app or HTML version) on your account outside this number. The moment the extra solution (app or HTML version) is added from your Dashboard to your paid account, you will be charged for that extra solution . See punkt 4.7 and 9.1-9.13.s
Hosting plan SaaS:
The Appsmakerstore product has developed itself from a DIY drag and drop back in early 2010, to a more sophisticated mobile app as a service (SaaS) platform to ensure a higher quality for our customers. This goes not only for the build itself but also for maintenance and the ability for agencies and developers to use our service A-Z.
- The Appsmakerstore SaaS is sold “as is” on contract signing day.
- Change request of content (not coding) after the solution is built, is free for the first 14 days after it goes live, this only if sold by us directly as we don’t control 3rd party providers terms when using our service as resellers.
That means bug fixing and changes, API, and 3rd party integration
need to be covered by you if you want us to do it for you or if you have received a request from 3rd party for any changes related to your solution. That is similar to what we can see from the World of web tools, for example, the use of WordPress (please note that we have no connection with WordPress, so just an example).
So, in short, if you can’t do it from your Dashboard, it will be a chargeable service as we need to use resources on solving your case. Still, there is a huge benefit for most using the Appsmakerstore SaaS platform to make most solutions, in terms of build and running cost, delivery time, and how easy it is to maintain VS pure custom.
The Appsmakerstore SaaS is a development and deployment environment in the cloud to deliver mobile and web applications. This is designed to support the complete application lifecycle: building, testing, deploying, managing, updating, and accessing over an internet connection.
Under our time we have also isolated many of our customers in the system that has custom elements built into their App and some are only available for them. We also have customers outside our platform on separate servers with projects built from scratch.
